I've found an exploit that lets you change any gmail users password.

 

What should I do with this information?

Tell google?

Report it to Google, is probably the best option.

Publishing it and spreading it everywhere is the best option if it's not already a known popular exploit.

Tell the exploit to me, I got a few ideas for... I mean I'm a google employee.

Contact Google. Considering they gave the last guy who found an exploit involving Gmail $500 I'm guessing maybe they'll give you a candy bar.
