Motherboard and CPU Upgrade

Nkjones

So I'm thinking of upgrading my PC to the Z97-G55 and i7 4790k, I'm trying to have a blue colour scheme so that board is perfect. All of my other hardware doesn't need changing, so just the Motherboard and CPU are changing.

My current specs:

Intel Core i5 2320 (3.0 GHZ)

AsRock H61M-U3S3 Motherboard

8GB Corsair Ram

Intel 520 Series 180GB SSD

Seagate 500GB Hard Drive

Samsung Blu-Ray Drive

EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti ACX FTW

500W Power Supply

2x Corsair AF140 Blue Led Fans

Corsair AF120 Blue Led Fan

I recently upgraded to that GPU, so I'm definitely not going to change. I wanted to get the i7 purely for the 4Ghz stock speed.

That's I bet you wont really be able to utilized fully :P trust me, it's not worth it. If you have spare money just save it up for the next big update.

I'll probably go for an i5 4690k then, but there is no H97 G55
