Sleeping W/ Mouth Open - Help

Snapy1

Okay so this has been happening for a few months now and im just now starting to get sick & tired of it. I sleep with my mouth open and i dont know how to fix it, im tired of waking up every morning with a dry mouth, sore throat, horsed voice.

I dont want to wear anything that forces my mouth shut that would only be annoying and I would never wear it.

Im not sure if those things you put on your nose would help or not.

go see a doctor, this isn't the place for that kind of advice.

Treat your local grammar nazi nicely and he might teach you a thing or two. (Note that I'm Belgian and not a native English speaker.)

C clamp your mouth closed like I do, that'll do the trick

I dont want to wear anything that forces my mouth shut that would only be annoying and I would never wear it.

Nevermind..

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

ducttape

fo real though, a doctor might be able to help, it most likely has something to do with not breathing through your nose properly
