Earplugs for Sleeping

Any one here have experience with using earplugs for sleeping? I live next to i94 and according to my Apple Watch there's about 40 to 50 db worth of noise, with the windows closed. Also according to my Apple Watch my sleep quality is so so, so I want to see about increasing it. I think a little noise reduction might help. Would like to add I'm a side sleeper. I read some information that I might need earplugs designed for side sleepers. Ive also seen disposable vs reusable. Reusable would be nice, but I also dont want to get an ear infection so there that.

Never had experience with earplugs for sleep, but have been using them for live music, and they do help with noise reduction. Can take a look at those from Loop, Alpine, Eargasm. All 3 offers earplugs for sleep.

I occasionally need earplugs when I sleep, mostly if I'm at a hotel or close to construction. I use the same 3m tapered earplugs I have for motorcycling or using power tools, they cost about $20 for 80 pairs on Amazon. They are: 3M Safety 92059-80025T.

Thanks Alpine seems to have some that should work.
