Its bit longer than what has been seen in past (around 3 business days for processing). But all bigger sales events will mean more orders coming in and thus longer times with processing. Plus, having these sales events with shortened weeks due Christian holidays (Black Friday + Chrismass + Commuter backbag was hell) doesn't help. You can message support from where you will get bot answer which might give some clues whether its just masses of orders to process or something else. But its likely your order is shipped before you get to human reply since its not critical issue.

Hi Vitamilicious, I am in the very same situation. Ordered on the 13th of April and I am still waiting for the shipping information (I am in the EU). I contacted the support on the 18th morning but I only got the following AI response so far:

IIRC they said on WAN show they got as many orders in 2 weeks than in 3 months previously. There's gonna be a backlog, every time there's a promo like this they're hammered for a while... see it as paying your shipping in waiting time instead of money.

If you place order, then those items are ticked out of the inventory logs. Unless you place order at the moment something goes out of stock, whatever you paid for is what you will get. This applies to most situations. In case there's pre-order or backorder, then you might not get what you ordered. Due various reasons. But these situations would be indicated on order summary before you accept the contract.

 

The problem where running out of stock has been recently brought up most is with cases where customer orders wrong size/color and can't get it changed due to same color or size being out of stock after sales event. Fewer times it has been about promotion running out of stock and not updated in time.

Okay, going to wait and see I guess.
For now I have sent an email just before this reply as a just in case it really is a mistake.

It would be nice, it wouldn't be normal. I know only one store which does send out emails after sales events to notify customers of possible delays because of bigger order volumes. Thats one across 10-15 I have ordered something from during any sales event.

I'm in a similar situation: 
I placed an order on the 12th of april which was confirmed.
Then on the 17th of april (it was already the 18th here in Italy) I received an e-mail saying that the order was shipped and the relative tracking number.
However, since then the tracking number is still saying that the package is not even in the possession of the carrier (FedEX) and is still in Richmond, BC, Canada (it appears that the shipping label has been created, but the parcel hasn't yet departed).
I wonder if everything is ok (ie the parcel is still in their wharehouse) or there is a problem with my order\shipment...
I already contacted the support and received the AI response that says that it will forward my case to the relevant team to verify the current status of my package...

First time ordering from the ltt store, so I don't know if this is "normal" or not

Its pretty normal today for ecommerce sites to buy shipping label in advance. With local stores here in Finland even couple days before shipment is collected. Amazon.de does it too, with similar timeframe. So thats quite normal. Its most likely that your package has been through processing at warehouse and is sitting on pallet to be moved out. Without knowing volumes or how different carriers pickup from warehouse, hard to say how long it will take.

 

Wizmo, the shipping middleman LTTStore is using, has many problems. While being cheap overall and maybe more suited for their needs on company side, for customers it means that whoever is the shipping company assigned to your package hugely dictates how fast the package is moving. In your case, FedEx might take bit longer to pickup pallet, maybe waiting for a week until there's more stuff than going there daily. But it might be overall quicker compared to DHL who picks daily, but then package sits at sorting center for a week.

 

So its 7 days now since label was created. Its stated that international orders take at least 14 days to arrive. And up to 28 days. I would say just chill and start asking questions when it hasn't been picked up from warehouse in 3 weeks.

An update on my side. I got the following response from a human that I quote below:

Atleast you got an update on your order.
Mine order doesn't contain any of those stuffs, and it's soon 2 weeks since I placed my order. Still no update.

Unless precision screwdriver bundle is actually included when they say "Screwdrivers".
Though I assume screwdrivers just means the big screwdriver, since other items in that list is quite detailed-ly specified.

I was only a bit puzzled because, usually, when a shipping label is bought or activated 1 or 2 business days after the parcel is en route. In this case we are at more than a week after.  I assumed that they might have "fixed days" for the couriers to come and pick up the pallets...

Anyway, as you say, I gotta chill 😉
(BTW I don't know what is "Wizmo" but it doesn't seem to work for me... Every time I click on the link to see the tracking the browser tries to open the wizmo page, but I am immediatly redirected to the FedEx tracking page... It seems like I can't access wizmo from Italy...)

No human response for me, but my order status is fullfilled... I placed it on the 12th at 09.43 CEST and it contains the screwdriver, so maybe I managed to "sneak in" last second...

Wizmo is the company/service LTTStore uses for organising shipping. It's middleman which subcontracts each shipment to cheapest option to your location. Which is FedEx for you.

Thanks to this user in another thread, I found a working link for wizmo

Here I was able to find out that my order on the 21st was "scanned in the terminal", and then no more updates...
And now the FedEx tracking doesn't show anymore my parcel...

I am in the same boat. Ordered on the 12th, and on the 17th, I received the "shipped" email with the FedEx tracking number. Our orders must be stuck on the same lost pallet. 

 

On a side note, I have not been able to access the support link on the LttStore.com website for a couple of days. I just get the orange spinning ring.

Got my tracking number this morning, now just gotta wait a month for it to arrive (hopefully it's a month and not more) 😁

I use parcelsapp.com to track mine, maybe you'll have better luck there instead ?

Yep. I was going through the link in the shipping email which redirects straight to FedEx which is showing only the label creation.

 

You link takes me to a bad gateway error but navigating directly to wizmo and entering the shipping number there shows the same "Parcel Scanned in Terminal" that yours does.
