Hi folks.

The "Parcel Scanned in Terminal" tracking event indicates your order has left our warehouse and is in possession of Wizmo. Wizmo must then transport your shipments to the final courier for onward shipping. During this process, your shipment crosses a country border into the United States, so it is normal for this to take up to 2 weeks.

In the event that your shipments do not arrive within the specified timeframe (14-28 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation), we recommend contacting support (link in my signature). If this is not the case for you, please refrain from doing so as we are currently experiencing high traffic due to the Shipstorm sales event, and in 99% of cases most shipments will arrive on-time despite any perceived delays.

If you are receiving a 404 error when attempting to track your shipment, you can usually bypass that by entering your tracking code here: https://postnl.post/. We've made Wizmo aware that PostNL shipments are experiencing this error and a fix is currently pending. Please note that this may be the case even if you do not reside in the Netherlands, as PostNL has an agreement with Wizmo to handle a certain amount of their international shipping volume.

I wasn't aware of theese peculiarities with wizmo, I assumed that once in the hand of the courier the parcel would "advance" steadly with semi-regular updates of the various steps.

Hey,

 

To share some information with anyone who might be in a similar situation: Order on April 12th, to the EU (France) => Shipped on April 27th

 

I contacted support on the 22nd, and got the following reply a few hours ago

Order was shipped on the 27th (Wizmo, via PostNL). Doesn't seems to have moved yet, the last update is "Data received by Carrier", and no sign of "Parcel Scanned in Terminal" yet.

My update is that the tracking is still reporting only 1 movement, the "Parcel Scanned in Terminal" on the 21st of april.

I received an answer from Adam from the Customer Service, in which he explained that "we are currently investigating an issue that is causing packages shipped via FedEx to stall upon being shipped from our warehouse. We have asked Wizmo to investigate this issue and will provide an update to you when we know more."
Let's see...

Now it seems that my parcel changed courier...
Initially, if I used the tracking number I find into my order recap page on lttstore.com, the wizmo page (https://portal.shipwizmo.com/tracking.aspx)  said "FedEx", now it says PostNL and it seems to have a new tracking number (one that starts with CK).
Using this new number into the PostNL tracking (https://postnl.post/) I can see that a new label has been created on the 2nd of may (and the current status is "Pre-declaration of the item has been received by customs".
Parcelapp now reports that the ETA (based on their calculations on 250 parcels delivered in the last 60 days) could be between the 18th  and the 22nd of may...
What a mess...

I currently having the same issue (shipping to NL).

I am glad to see that your package has changed to PostNL, however mine still goes straight to fedex.

 

My guess is that I need to contact customer support?

Try to copy/paste the tracking nyumber here https://portal.shipwizmo.com/tracking.aspx and check if it is still with FedEx or it has changed (this is because if I click directly on the link in the order recap page even mine still goes to a FedEx tracking page, but if I check it on the link I pasted it says PostNL... this  concerning, but let try to stay positive...)

Thanks, i tried the wizmo tracking site again and it still says fedex with no updates (and no "we have your package" on the tracking site of fedex.

 

I contacted support to get passed the AI agent and we will see wat a human comes up with 🙂

For me (in NL) it would be benificial to have it changed to PostNL as it is much more common here for delivery, but we will see what will happen.

I also have the same issues. Destination Belgium. Ordered on april 12th, got shipment mail and wizmo tracking number on 18th.
Clicking on the link in the mail still sends me to FedEx page that has no updates.
The wizmo portal app says it's now being sent through PostNL, with info on May 2nd "Parcel Scanned in Terminal" and May 3rd "Shipment Data Received" (and a postNL tracking number starting with CK, status on may 3rd "Pre-declaration of the item has been received by customs")

 

Meanwhile (and i'm not sure this is even related) i've received a mail from BPost "[blank] will give us your parcel" stating someone will ship me something, but it seems to have bugged out and not filled in the sender name...
It also gives me a postNL tracking number (no further details other than "Pre-declaration of the item has been received by customs" same as the one above), but a different one than above. however the weight is exactly the same, and i'm not expecting any other deliveries.

Hey, my order is from the April 14th, tracking shows "We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package." since the 18th and the support rep after the AI bot wrote me this: 

"We are currently investigating an issue that is causing packages shipped via FedEx to stall upon being shipped from our warehouse. We have asked Wizmo to investigate this issue and will provide an update to you when we know more. I apologize for the inconvenience that this delay may be causing for you!"

 

Previous orders were never an issue so this kind of sucks, but as long as it arrives ... at some point :>

From what I was able to piece togheter you take the "Wizmo#" from the order recap page on lttstore.com and you paste that into https://portal.shipwizmo.com/tracking.aspx (if you click it directly it doesn't seem to work).

From that page you should see the PostNL tracking number (the one that starts with CK...)
Take this last tracking number and chek it on https://postnl.post/ .
On parcelapp you should put in this last tracking number...

My order on the wizmo page now has reached again the status "Parcel Scanned in Terminal" (basically I'm back at the point I was on the 21st of april... but this time with PostNL instead of FedEx).
On the PosNL tracking page still no updates since friday, and for now I have not received any comunication from any courier regarding receiving a parcel...

 

I wrote to the support asking for some type of info on what is happening and, more importantly, if they have any "inside" news for an ETA....

To pretty much all. Order processing and shipping are two different time frames. LTTStore does not state how long processing at their ware house takes. From this thread, the processing time during sale event and public holidays (Easter) causes delays. In general processing at warehouse takes up to 5 business days.

 

After which shipping part starts from the email stating tracking details. This is noted to be 14-28 days for international orders. So for example @Efari

You have almost 2 weeks before shipping would be later than promised.

I am not lamenting a long time in processing at their warehouse, on the contrary, for me, it was super fast: ordered on the 12th received the tracking details on the 17th.
The problem arose after that... if I didn't find this thread I would not be aware of how wizmo works (or what it is, for that matter), nor the correct site to where put the tracking number to see how the parcel is being processed (to this day if click on the link in my recap order page, I am being redirected to a FedEx page which does not show any information, and, from what I understand, is not anymore the courier that is processing my parcel).
I have never pretended that the shipping time would be comparable to the "24h amazon prime style". But at least a working tracking system and a shipping method that doesn't let you completely in the dark...

 

Having said that, I noticed that today the wizmo page reports a "Parcel Departed Terminal" status, so maybe something is moving...
(the postNL site however, doesn't show any progress).

My post isn't targeted to one person. But to me seeing notes about sitting with same update for days and days when its not even close to getting over promised timeframe.

I think the main issue here (at least for me) is not the time the parcels take to arrive per se, but the not so clear process.
It's not the first time I ordered something from a "small" business that doesn't have an integrated logistic or whatever, nor it is the first time I ordered something from the "other side of the world" from where I live.
But in all other cases I always received a shipment tracking that, once the parcel had left the seller, was functioning, regularly updated etc.
Here, If I have to base all my knowledge only on the official comunications received I would only know that:

  1. a shipment label was created on the 17th
  2. FedEx is still waiting for the parcel
  3. There has been a problem with FedEx, that is being investigated

which is not at all what it appears to be happening.

 

My first impression (first time I ordered from lttstore) is that the shipping process is not so smooth nor reassuring. 
To be frank, I expected a better "user experience", and, I repeat, I am not referring to the time it will take to arrive but to the lack of clear informations given.

Same here, from what I understand the items go from LTT to Wizmo to FedEx to whatever local delivery company. At this stage mine is still with Wizmo and FedEx is just waiting, for about 2.5 weeks now. 😕

 

Given the response I've received from support before I would have expected some kind of breaking news / alert thing on the lttstore website that speaks about current issues and their status.

To me not getting updates is the expected norm. Happens all the time with Amazon. Only issue I can get behind of being problem is tracking page not working or number not found. But there too I've already opted to use 3rd party tracking site (17track) when it's something else than DHL or UPS. I currently have one amazon package incoming through DP which has number, but in reality it's not tracked at all (as in being letter-size).

 

I don't view not getting updates as issue. It's double-edged sword of shipping. If there are no updates, you get feeling that nothing is happening. Which in turn makes one anxious and making assumptions way before anything is actually gone wrong.

 

My Shipstorm order is at the moment with that pre-declaration state and has been in shipping phase for 5 days. This is the first time for actually buying something from LTTStore, all previous ones have been gifts from LMG (moderator payment), so I only have experience from shipping portion of the process. And there it has always been within reason. Always taking longer than colleagues in other European countries, but not really being issue (usually week longer than to Central Europe for example).

For my country it is not normal, it is why we are looking for help here.


First the 404 Oops! We can't seem to find the shipment you were looking for, it is still not working.
Amazon: i receive all my parcels in 48 hours with all the update I need.

Also, I work with many country in Europe and I always get update from my sourcing and my transporter.

When you say that it is normal, does that means, normal in CA/US?  

 

I understand the delay, not the non-communication part. That all.

What do you mean?

At the end of this week, (in 4 days), it will be 28 days after I ordered… (and that’s the timeframe I saw when ordering)

 

and still the tracking link LTTstore sent me shows nothing has happened to the package…


I just wanted to be proactive to prevent late shipments, since even when the package starts to move now, it won’t be in time anymore. Because the only official update I have seen is that FedEx still hasn’t received the package, and so that leads me to believe LTTstore still hasn’t sent it.
