As a first time purchaser of LTT product, I am not impressed. Wizmo the 3rd party that LMG uses as an intermediary handed the package off to UniUni. They use contracted drivers in personal vehicles to deliver parcels. The item was shipped from Vancouver all the way to Toronto to be sorted and then shipped all the way back to the prairies here in Canada. I laughed when I saw estimated 2-8 day delivery. I will be lucky if I see this package next week, i.e. 7 business days after I placed the order. UniUni tracking is useless, you have no idea where the package is until it is out for delivery.  UniUni is normally used by AliExpress which I put up with since I am not pay $14 for shipping a .4 KG package. UniUni have taken 6 days once to delivery an AliExpress shipmen.

Still waiting. Today is day 27 since receiving the first "Shipped" email.
 

Per PostNL.post my package is at least in Europe and shows....

 

"The item is on transport to the country of destination
14-05-2025 20:53"

 

Who knows maybe it will show up by tomorrow. I am not holding my breath.

 

On a more hilarious note, I received a new "Shipped" email. Now with the updated PostNL shipping number, the link of course 404's, and does not work, Wizmo being the dumpster fire that they are.

 

It should be noted that my last order (last September) took about 15 days from order to being delivered.

For me today is day 30 from the "shipped" email
Yesterday I received an email from ltt store with  a new tracking number and as today the status is:"

Consignment received at the PostNL Acceptance Centre
15-05-2025 11:20
 
which i don't think means that the parcel is in europe, but who knows...

33 days since ordering, 27 days since the item was 'on the way' via FedEx - my order has just been passed onto a new courier (PostNL) and is still sitting in BC as far as I can tell.

 

I realise shipping was free and that the deals were strong but not a great experience, and one I won't be repeating unfortunately.

I just got some (hopefully) good news: a couple of hours ago the tracking on the PostNL updated to:
 

The item is on transport to the country of destination

and at the same time the parcel appeared on the tracking page on the PosteIT site as "in transit"...

Even with free shipping, I’m mad it takes at least a week longer than advertised….

 

They knew it was a big event, for all I cared they could’ve advertised 3 months shipping and I wouldn’t have bat an eye. But advertising 28 days and it taking longer means they’ve broken the agreements…

Finally received my order today, a little over 5 weeks after placing it (ordered on April 12). 

 

The contents of the order were worth the money (and the wait), no disappointment there.

 

The packaging was quite original (the items were placed inside the commuter backpack), which is fine with me. 

 

I still have a few things to say about shipping:
- Five weeks for a $370 order is too long, even with free shipping.
- I had to juggle carriers to track the package: Wizmo, then PostNL, then La Poste (in France). It's very unpleasant. Wizmo's tracking is really the worst I've ever seen. They don't provide any information; according to them, the package is still in Canada. I'm not even going to mention the Wizmo link that returned a 404 error for almost a month—at this point, it's bordering on amateurism. 
- The address that Wizmo gave to PostNL is incomplete; 50% of the information I provided when I placed the order is missing. The address on the packing slip inside the package was correct. I guess Wizmo messed up? (I'll report it to customer support, as I think it could affect other people...)

 

I have been shopping at LTTStore since 2019. My first orders were shipped via FedEx Priority ($32) and took 72 hours to be delivered from Canada to France. Sure, the shipping could be considered “expensive,” but at least it worked well.

 

Over the last few years, shipping to my location (France) got worse and worse. It cost a little less ($15 to $19, except for the last order, which was free shipping) but now it takes 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered.  Every time there is a new product, I hesitate to place an order because I know that shipping will take weeks & be frustrating. 


I'd love to get back the option to pay more for shipping and get Fedex Priority, like the old days. 

 

I've been following the WAN show over the last few weeks, and I haven't seen any mention of shipping difficulties to Europe. I'm not sure if this is intentional, or if there are really only a few people affected and it's not worth mentioning publicly, but it leaves me with the bitter feeling that these delays are considered “acceptable” by LTTStore.

Seeing your shipping label being created on the 7th and the ready for shipment on the 13th being identical with mine but mine being stuck on ready for shipment does not fill me with confidence 😄

Clumping handling and shipping into one is unfair since latter isn't fully in control of the store. If your shipping portion is over 28 days, then I would view it being late. With weekend near arrival taken into consideration since many countries don't deliver on weekends, again something which isn't in control of the store.

Ordered on April 12, shipped on April 27. Delivered May 19th.

They're the one who choose the carrier, not me 🙂 There are carriers who can deliver in less than a week, with unique tracking page and no need to juggle subcontractors's tracking page along the way. They should know, since my first orders on LTTStore were shipped via Fedex Priority for $30.  

 

Wizmo is slow (3 weeks if I consider the date the package was picked up), has poor tracking (last location on their tracking page says my parcel is still in Canada !), and forces you to juggle between service providers to track your package (not to mention the 404 error that lasted for weeks).

I disagree. The order confirmation page clearly states “14–28 day estimated delivery.” There is nothing to suggest to the customer that this does not include handling time.

I would like to express my disappointment with LTT Store using a shipping service that is poised to go on strike this coming Friday.

Why wouldn't you use FedEx or UPS during a time when your national mail service is preparing for a strike? It certainly won't be resolved quickly either. Postal workers want more money, postal service is $3B CAD in debt and operates significantly so. 

Who knows when my items will arrive now at this point.

My parcel has arrived today in Italy, at the international sorting center in Milano...

 

Just for reference I ordered on the 12th of april, shipped on the 17th...
So, as today, we are at 33/38 days (depending on when you want to start), either way, it's late...

They aren't using national postal service. They are using middleman which picks which ever courier has cheapest rates.

 

E: My package has arrived to Finland. Tracking came on May 3rd. Guess I'm lucky to get good combo with PostNL and Finnish postal service.

While it's not always working the same for everybody, you should probably get another update later today, maybe tomorrow about the bulk final acceptance step would be my guess. Judging by others here it'll then roughly take 4-5 days or so for the final delivery.

Mine arrived in the country / region now, I expect delivery attempts tomorrow or the day after.

Update from me: the parcel has arrived today! 🎉
First impression: everything seem very high quality.

Tomorrow I will road test the commuter back pack and the bottle at work. 
I was a little worried that my work-issued Lenovo laptop couldn't fit... it's surely tight but it fits... 

For the screwdriver, first I gotta find something to unscrew 😅

Ordered 3/5/25 and it's just leaving the Netherlands now for UK delivery whenever. Feel your pain guys.

6 more days to 30days since label was created. Which by then I will start losing my patience.

And hopefully everything I ordered is inside the package now, including the free stickers which wasn't inside for the order before this one.

apparently it’s stuck in customs because invoice missing according to bpost. And PostNL says “waiting for information from recipient” but I didn’t get a request for information or anything…

 

so who’s gonna deliver it? Bpost or PostNL? And why is invoice missing? Do i need to take any steps?

The problem with WAN show is that you need to order (during WAN show live, which is the first hurdle for EU) and pay another shipment, which is what most people who complain probably won’t do anytime soon…

I finally received my package today, in good order.

 

The timeline

14 april ordered

18 april "Shipment is on its way" e-mail

21 april "Parcel scanned in terminal"

7 may It changed on wizmo from Fedex to PostNL

8 may "Parcel scanned in terminal" (again.....)

8 may "Parcel departed terminal.

14 may "Shipping update" e-mail

19 may Carrier Handover

19 may Arrived at partner terminal

21 may Received

 

I am sorry to say it this way, but what an incredible shitshow of a postage. The biggest issue isn't the advertised 14-28 days shipping, which turned out to be 33(!) days. But for me it is the lack of proper tracking through wizmo, no clear tracking. Weird 2 weeks of "scanned in terminal" which made me going mad by thinking the package was laying somewhere in a airport terminal or something like that.

 

And yes I have seen the posts in this thread about the free shipping storm which caused delays, that is somewhat understandable. But the lack of proper tracking and communication (only 2 mails, and after contacting a human support getting to know that they had issues with Fedex) made my first order on LTT store a quite bumpy ride.
