1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticeably improve performance past 240mm and don't improve at all past 360mm. 9) RTFM.

is there a significant amount of air flowing trough the cooler, or is it just sort of a warm haze coming out the vents? if the latter, buy one of those cans of compressed air, and go ham at every vent the laptop has to offer.

Okay, in this case, your best option would be to return it to the vendor for a repairs, replacement or refund.

For the thermal throttling: get an elevated (and eventually ventilated) stand. What are the specs btw?

 

For the double-screen-screenshot: AltGr-PrintScreen allows you to only screenshot the active window.

I've gotten to know some stuff, but am far from omniscient, so don't take my advice as gospel and wait for other opinions - I just like throwing in my two cents when I can.

but i am using my laptop elevated and its new too almost a month , its not like its not clean inside or anything

As I said above: IMO your best option would be to return it to the vendor for a repairs, a replacement or a refund.

It was sold to you brand new (not used) with only a 7 day warrenty? Where do you live where that is legal? What vendor did you buy it from?

 

As for what you can do, one option (mentioned above) would be some kind of laptop stand with integrated cooling, but I can't speak to their chances of working. You could also open up the device to check the fans arn't impeeded in any way. If that fails your getting into repaste the CPU territory (but I can't help with that or even tell you it is definately an option).

bro it was a 7 day return policy , i do have a 2 year warrenty tho

That makes more sense.

 

I suggest you use the two year warrenty. All your other options would either risk invalidating the warrenty or have low chances of success.
