No display port signal? Heating

Hellow! I just got a friends computere over, she has some problem with heavy "laggs" and high gpu / cpu temp. Its an Intel intel i7 8700 with an RTX 2080 TI 

With everything Aio ~ ..

 

So when the blackscreen display happens have to reboot the computere and its back to normal.. been running OCCT for cpu > no errors..

Trying now with HDMI Cabel > GPU 

 

Any tips?

That graphics card is overheating to hell. Disassemble it, dust it off, replace the thermal paste and pads. If the last part of that is too hard, just dust it off first (dont use household vacuums to clean electronics)
