Summary

Apparently Discord is trying to make it impossible to sue them when they do something wrong, which, as far as I've seen news about discord, is basically anytime they are in the news. Apparently this is only happening for US users, as it's illegal for them to do this in Europe.

My thoughts

And yet, as I interpret it, this is also Illegal here in the US. We have this thing called the bill of rights. Specifically the sixth amendment.
