PC will not Power ON if GPU has external power

I got this set second hand PSU CPU MBO and cooler all wired up with no spare modular cable for GPU so for that i used one from my previous system just the cable
Power supply cables are generally not compatible across different power supplies. If you're using PCIe cables from a different power supply that aren't compatible with your power supply it won't work. Most likely it's detecting the fault and SCP (Short Circuit Protection) is kicking in to shut the power supply off before any damage can be done to the system.
Use a different power supply only using cables that were included with that power supply. If you swap the power supply remove any other power cables that were from the Silverstone PSU from the system (CPU, Motherboard, SATA...).
