Should i upgrade or buy a new pc?

I want to know if i should upgrade my current pc or just buy a new one. I don't really have a budget for upgrades but for a new pc the most i could do is 1300$.

Your current setup isn't bad so not sure why you need to upgrade.

Ryzen 5600 with 6650 XT.

That seems like a decent mid-range PC.

What do you want to do that this PC can't handle ?

Do you want better gaming performance ?

I believe the best "bang for your buck" is keeping your current setup but upgrading the CPU to a Ryzen 5800X3D and also upgrading the GPU.

Buying a completely new PC will be very expensive and not worth the extra money.

Something like 4070super is about +100% improvement over 6650xt and of course even more if the game has rt. 5700x3d or 5800x3d is a decent upgrade on cpu side especially on the 1% and 0.1% low fps.
