you would have to custom order it from someone, or build it yourself with a threadripper pro 7995WX, and a WRX80 motherboard, though it "only" supports 2TB of RAM, idk if you can get 6TB anywhere

Dell. The r940 will allow you to get what you need. But be aware that it is going to cost you over $60,000 for ram alone.

If you want this, you will need to go to speciality shop.
And not be worried about price.

And since you want Kali pre-installed, i would just hire a IT-technician if i was you to do it for you and maintain it after setting it up.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
