How solid are these 3 build choices and do I need to change anything?

Budget (including currency): $1500

Country: Canada 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, OW2, Fallout 4, Cyberpunk, AC in a mix of 1080P and 4K gaming depending on the game.

(The only things I want to stick with in all the builds are the dual chamber/angled PC Cases)
