My 3070 TI FE Fans on full blast on startup

Whenever i start my pc up my gpy fans are on full blast for about 2 minutes. Sometimes it doesn't do it on start up it been happening for quite sometime, Any help on this it very annoying thank you.

my idle temps are 40c
