Judging by the monitor alone, you could get around 180 fps. The primary limiting factor is really the monitor. The second is the GPU, which in this case is your Radeon RX 7900 GRE, which has around 18GHz.

ViewSonic XG2431 if you're serious about pro gaming.

You're blindly looking at Ratings without understanding the context.

The ViewSonic and Zowie have a strobing backlight that makes you perceive much better motion clarity than other brands. They're TN monitors, so they don't have poppy colors... but you're specifically talking about competitive gaming and these are the proper recommendations.

 

Optimum Tech has a cool video about Zowie's new 540Hz and it gives you an idea about the backlight strobing.
