Other details She really cares about nice image quality.

She plays a wide variety of games from Fallout, COD, Sims 4, Cyberpunk, She specially wants to try shaders for Minecraft, Banished, and so on, she's also a photographer and videographer so it would be nice that she can use it for some of her work even if she mostly works on Mac.

which one?

I'd recommend a cheaper CPU, like a 7600x, and a better GPU, like a 7900xt.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/34cYKX

$1480.35

if we're going down to the 7600x the 7500f would be better value for only $127, it doesn't have the iGPU but it performs very similar in games aliexpress.us/item/3256806469334742.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.1.5800ZfB3ZfB3v2&algo_pvid=df2721d3-ef37-4219-8de0-bba328d83996&algo_exp_id=df2721d3-ef37-4219-8de0-bba328d83996-0&pdp_npi=4%40dis!USD!186.76!126.82!!!1351.40!917.66!%40211b618e17132953860858137e4b1c!12000037982355565!sea!US!0!AB&curPageLogUid=mLOQvDmCx27g&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch|query_from%3A

I agree with the 7500f. However, the 7600x is barely keeping up with the 7900xt. Im just worried that the 7500f might bottleneck the 7900xt.

7500f isn’t too far off from 7600x, and worst that happens just up the resolution. Tbh I’d be surprised if there was a cpu bottleneck at 1440p with that sysgem

they're very similar, if PBO is turned on with the 7500f they're identical (ES is energy saving I assume)

Well, RGB is something important to include in the build. However, it's the components that will get the fps, not the lighting. I'd rather prioritize the performance. the 4070 ti super is noticeably better than the 4070 super, and the 7700x and the 7500f are comparable in performance, even if the 7700f has more cores or clock speeds. However, the build @Why_Me suggested will probably give your gf enough performance and looks a bit better. Its really your choice.
