won’t boot into bios.

This is a pretty clear indication that there's an issue with the CPU. Start be reseating the CPU, checking pins carefully to make sure there's nothing bent. Reseat the RAM as well. Go from there. 

 

If you are still having issues, post specs.

i’ve got it to work, now i got this screen. i dunno what to do.

Is this a new or used motherboard? If new, press Y to reset TPM.

yeah brand new, i hit Y then it showed a screen to optimize some settings due to compatibility issues, now it’s at a black screen, could this take awhile?

If it's still on a black screen, I'd try hitting ctrl alt delete to see if you can get it to reboot

it looks like you've plugged the display cable into the mobo instead of your GPU.

it looks like you've plugged the display cable into the mobo instead of your GPU. 

so i have the system running, and it would only display on MOBO display, when i plug it into my gpu there’s nothing, i’ve tried both HDMI and DP. would you happen to know why?

The system isn't detecting the GPU. Most common reason is that it isn't seated correctly.
