I think think there's one. Without discount, the best thing you can hope for that's below $200, are ASRock B650M Pro RS or Asus PRIME X670-P or ASRock B650E Steel Legend. But those got black pcb. But Gigabyte B650 AORUS Elite ax ice is slightly above $200.

full white board yea not under 200$

best you can do is the b650m pro rs for under 200$ but i assume youd prefer something like the b650 aorus elite ax ice and thats over 200$ and imo kinda meh when you consider theres the much better b650e taichi lite that isnt that much more price wise but has all the bells and whistles of a top end board (postcode, eclk for x3d oc, usb 4 rear i/o, etc.)

psu itself doesnt have to be white unless its visible, but most of the decent units are overpriced so better off just painting the thing yourself if you want a white psu, youll probably only see the cables anyway

my reccomendation if you are on a budget would be to mix black and white but do it tastefully so white case, cables, cheap thermalright aio, but black gpu rams and mixed black/white mobo like the aformentioned b650m pro rs, this way you arent completely crippling your build purely for aesthetics whilst still having decent aesthetics, maybe something 7600/7700 based with a 7800xt/7900 gre

+1 on the ASRock B650M Pro RS - not pure white, but mostly white and it's a great board at a really competitive price.

It's not really my style, but here's a ~$1500 gaming rig that I spec'd up before... good RAM, mostly white bits.... but without throwing "stupid money" at a blingy AIO.

You'd  need to spend a bit extra on re-sleeving / swapping out the PSU cables for white ones though, if you wan to complete the look.

looks decent enough though id get a 7900 gre if possible and look for a faster dram gen4 like the s70 blade, xs70, vortex redline, 250s/h, vi7000g, etc. since the sn770 is pretty pricey for what it is and youll usually find better faster dram gen4 ssds for around the same price

aesthetics wise you can save somewhere around 100-150€ so not egregious, the gpu/cpu is still pretty decent, rams are decent, and psu has a 10 year warranty so id say its a decent build
