Posted March 28 (edited) From your own experience, what would you prefer? Im looking at either - 1440p OLED 144Hz+ 27" or -4k HDR (most likely HDR 2000) 144Hz+ 32" Price differences/exact models does not matter. I will find me a decent one for either category. My usecase is everything from gaming to browsing, streaming videos and some basic office tasks for uni on a regular basis. Color accuracy does not matter, as long as it looks good Edit: 1440p Mini LED would also be an option, if you suggest thats better for my use cases Edited March 28 by Darknighterror
 It will use a new pixel layout and will be brighter than the current QD-OLED. Personally, I would go for it. Alternatively, you can consider a current 4K 32" like the PG32UCDM, FO32U2, or the AW3225QF if you want a curved one. I personally like the curve in 32". Unfortunately, micro-LED is not a mature option yet. We haven't achieved a sufficient number of dimming zones to prevent small objects or cursors from leaking light. So, it's better to stick with OLED.
Posted April 2 There are no HDR 2000 monitors, and the ones from Samsung marketing "Quantum HDR 2000" are mostly performing around the same level as the VESA HDR 1000 certification. Since most OLED monitors can also reach 1000 nits and have their inherent advantage when it comes to dimming, the HDR experience is probably better anyway. If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
 Posted April 2 If I wouldn't order 27" 360Hz OLED this week I'd probably go for 32" 4K 240Hz/1080p 480Hz dual-mode LG 32GS95UE. But upcoming 480Hz 1440p monitor, mentioned earlier would be nice too I'd guess. Edit: I just noticed the HDR tag, I'm not familiar with benefits of that on the mentioned monitors, so just ignore me.
