RGB Fans not appearing on motherboard

 I just bought the DeepCool SC700 and I connected everything, and the RGB works for a few seconds, before it turns to a random static color, I've seen green and red so far. When I load up Gigabyte RGB Fusion, they do not appear anywhere and I cannot change the color nor effect. And when I try to click the motherboard image where I usually select a RGB header to change effect, it pops up the change effect icons before the application crashes a few seconds after. The RGB was working just fine when it was plugged straight into the motherboard.

 

Motherboard: Gigabyte B760 Gaming X DDR4

RGB Hub: DeepCool SC700

Fans: 1x NZXT F140 RGB, 2x NZXT F120 RGB CORE
