Budget (including currency): 10000 hkd

Country: China, Hong Kong or Shenzhen

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: games

Mmmm, not good at all

I suppose you already have the SATA SSD, its price makes no sense

Why a Z790 board ?? You can't OC a 12400

RAM Is slooooow, and 1x16GB is horrendous for performance

You don't neither need a 750W PSU and could save on a cheaper one

Monitor is too expensive for the budget and the 6600 won't be good at 1440p

Can do better:

Well not sure about your local price...

To get it cheaper you can downgrade to a 7700XT, or a 6800, but don't go below that for 1440p

Board ? Well for a 12400 or 13400 you'd better get a B660 or B760 board, they're cheaper and good for sub xx600 CPU
