Personally, I don't see the point of push-pull for the average person unless they're already having trouble keeping their PC from throttling. The return on the investment just isn't that much.聽 But, like 亩ris said, get something cheap like the P12 Max...

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 馃槈 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

Push/Pull has been around forever.. the people know it鈥檚 available, it鈥檚 up to them to test whether or not it鈥檚 for them. Your opinion, my opinion mean nothing when it comes to the pursuit of performance 馃檪

keep in mind that these tests was done at 900-1k RPM, and i know a guy that would say 900RPM is the same as the fan is not spinning 馃檪馃檪

@freeagent

you can go uo to like 2150 rpm and it be prity quiet. posably 2400. back in the day the norm was 1200 rpm. my gentle typhoons did 2150 and there quiet. gpu fans on the other had can be alot louder depending on gpu. we also got hire rpm 140mm fans that are also quiet at 1900 rpm. smoothing we didnt have back then. there was one fast 180mm fan and that was siver stone but pasted 800 it got nosy.
