Some of your requirements simply aren't realistic. 1-2 days of battery life is difficult for any laptop. Windows tablets are very niche, so there's already a small selection, so even finding a dedicated ethernet port is a stretch unless you're looking at very expensive or old computers.

I think your best bet would be to find a 2-in-1 that meets your requirements rather than a tablet. That market basically consumed Windows tablets way back in 2015 or so, but that's not to say Windows tablets dont exist in 2024.

Probably the closest you'll get is something like the GPD Win Max or Mini or their other products. Those devices will even sometimes come with modular ports.

Amazon.com : GPD Pocket 3 [11th Core CPU I7-1195G7-1TB] Modular and Full-Featured Handheld PC Notebook Laptop 1920×1200 Touchscreen Laptop Win 11 Home OS 16GB LPDDR4 RAM/1TB ROM : Electronics

Something like this, as an example.

Ryzen 7950x3D PBO +200MHz / -15mV curve CPPC in 'prefer cache'

RTX 4090 @133%/+230/+1000

Well it would be perfekt if it had a esim support wich it doesnt 2-1 would be a good compromise any suggestions that have all those features except the batterie life?

Impossible.

Either a device with swappable battery or USB-C PD powerbank.

People never go out of business.

That product does have a modular SIM, eSIM is a different story.

You're either finding a very expensive specialty device or compromising in some way. Very few devices have cellular support, at least one that comes to mind are some Surface tablets. Those obviously lack the rest, but that can be handled by an adapter.

You're not going to find a device that meets all those requirements natively, so figure out which ones you're willing to compromise on and if it can be adapted. Technically cellular can even be adapted by using your smartphone or a hotspot instead.
