Need some Advice, first time building a PC

Budget (including currency): $2000 - $3000

Hey everyone this is my first time building a PC I have been doing research into building a PC for a better part of 2 years but now I'm finally committed on a build and I wanted to see if the community had any thoughts/problems with my build. I would like the PC to handle most games at good graphic settings and be able to watch video and movies at 2K.

A few things. First you want to avoid RGB RAM if using a dual tower cpu cooler so that the heatsinks don't impede said cooler. Secondly the  12600K / KF is a great cpu but it's a cpu usually recommended for DDR4 builds seeing how 12 gen cpu's have native DDR5 4600 support vs their 13 / 14 gen counterparts which have native DDR5 5600 support. Lastly you want to go big on your SSD (2TB). You can always add more storage such as a SATA SSD later on.
