is it worth spending about $100 aud on a flat monitor compered to a curved monitor

27 inch and also i don't know if you got that the flat monitor is more expensive

You're not really spending the extra $100 on a flat montior, but rather on the fact that the more expensive model is IPS, which is considered better for most gamers than the cheaper VA panel. I'd suggest the more expensive one of these two.

 

If you're open to other options my go-to recommendation is the LG 27GP850-B, but it's sitting at $476 in Australia.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
