what cpu fan speed should i use?

I have a ryzen 7 5800x and the MSI mag Coreliquid 360R V2 cooler. Im looking for a quiet fan speed curve but a curve that still has good cooling.

 

i also have 2x160mm and 1x140mm

anyone that has an idea of a speed curve i can use?

Have you tried using the Quiet fan preset loaded in the motherboard fan drop down menu?
