music from pc normal moved to phone some lower volume? whats the problem?

so i play music on my pc just fine and i move it to my phone to listen to on the go but some songs volume is lower why is this and can it be fixed?

I have dyslexia plz be kind to me. dont like my post dont read it or respond thx

also i edit post alot because you no why...
