External SSD no longer formatted after failure in Windows download.

Right click on start menu, disk management, remove the small partition, create a new one of the whole size, format.

I was downloading Windows onto my 1TB SSD, which was clearing out all the shit already on it, when my Dell XPS 15 decided to have one of its patented Dell moments and shit itself, necessitating a restart. Having restarted, my drive is no longer named, and it requires reformatting to work.

I would just reformat it in fat 32, but the issue is that the storage capacity is locked at 32 gigs when I open the window for formatting.

What do?
