Is it normal to have screen tearing on battery or using AMD iGPU at 60Hz whenever I play a video, especially on Youtube?

My TUF A15 (2023) is having some screen tearing at 60Hz. Idk why that happens and it is annoying. Freesync is on yet it still occurs. I already reinstalled drivers (I used DDU to uninstall). Is it because I set the power limit of my PC too low?

The fix I found was turning the hardware acceleration off but I needed that for the web-based games I play so should I just turn it on whenever I gonna use hardware acceleration?

Could you use a different browser that you can leave it enabled for the web games and then browse the Internet on the other browser?

I could but I don't want to switch browsers just to play.
