16gb of ram is a bit much for just gaming.

Also you may want to look into Z97 chipset and the 4690K when we see that in a month or so, but this is not necessary by any means.

Otherwise it looks pretty solid.

Welcome to the forum!

Overall it looks good, but there's a few things I would consider;

Do you need this immediately? If not, can you wait until Haswell refresh and go Z97?

Try to get an 80+ Gold powersupply, not only are they generally of higher question (and should last longer), but they produce less heat.

Keep in mind, the past statement is a generalization, and I'm not saying your chosen PSU is bad.

9/10 drop the 16gb of ram to 8 gigs as that is more than enough ram for gaming and plus you save money in the long run. like what @Real_PhillBert said wait for z97 and the 4690k it will overclock a lot better than z87 and the 4670k that I have.

Life.exe is missing

Z97 is around the corner, dont know if you can buy it yet, but it will be very soon. I would just take a big pile of shit and throw it at haswel refresh. Just pure bullshit. 100MHz more, thats less than your gonna get overclocking any CPU via bus clock.

Z97 is already out and has been for a week or two.

It doesn't really matter if you decide on a 4670K or a 4690K, the Z97 boards will take either. Unless you really care about the higher overclock on the 4690K, a 4670K will do.
