Solidworks maker edition: Can't even access

Have any of you used Soldiworks for makers? I bought it last week, the 1 year subscription for $49. Thought it was a good deal, but then it says this:

I tried other computers, but it turns out many others on the official forums have the same issues.

Another irony is this: They reply to my support request ON THE PLATFORM I don't have access to. So, I get an email saying "go here to see the support reply" and I get the above message too.
