S22 Ultra getting 13mb/s in Genshin Impact

Hi, i wanted to download genshin impact on my s22 ultra to see how it runs but with the 13mb/s (5Ghz Hotspot from an Gigabit ethernet connection, B550-E) it's taking ages, is that speed drop normal?

I am NOT a professional and I write before I think, so REFRESH THE PAGE!!!  Theres a 99% chance I've edited my post.

 

Also: Please enable XMP/D.O.H.C before asking why your ram is too slow.
