There is a difference between highest specs and worst optimized.

Don't get those mixed up :P

Watch dogs is going to be pretty tough to max out everything

metro last light, looks good optimized like shit also bf4, wouldn't say crysis tho.

id say something with amazing ultra high graphics developed at 4k down sampled to 1080p or 1440p maybe.. cant name any though

I'll quote you, just so that people will read it again! Metro LL is not graphically more appealing than Crysis 3even though it needs way more computational horsepower!

yeah if that was so then gta iv would bring a 295 or titan z to its knees.

I think ARMA 3 at 4k rendering resolution + 20km vision distance would bring any GPU down to its knees. Even 20km at 1080p is murder.

The Witcher 2 kind of kills systems of you max it out. Especially the ubersampling that they have. Basically what it does is render the game at higher resolution then your display and then down scales it. And it's a engine setting not some forced drivers setting/hack.
