Can't configure individual notification sounds for different apps.

Got a Samsung S24 Ultra (previous phone is another Samsung) however, I can't change/configure individual notification sounds like on the previous phone. Am I missing something? Does anyone know how to configure the phone so I can?

As an update if anyone finds this and needs the solution, as of 2/7/24 this is specifically a fix for the S24 Ultra. This video explains it perfectly. Apparently Samsung made it even harder to find this setting, burying it in several menus.
