Unable to reinstall arch after a small f-mess-up

So I recently wanted to use arch in dual boot, I had tried endeavour os and wanted to go vanilla arch.

i used the arch installer and ended up with some issues which was resolved later. But then i messed it up when tried to install dotfiles for hyperland. 
so I couldn’t find a way to reset that. 
 

so what I did was try to re install on the same disk spaces I allotted previously for boot/swap/main os

and whenever I try to open the installer I get this 

And a bunch of other stuff too, but the terminal to write

 

please help me resolve this

And gets stuck here till you reboot and reach this, or you can boot to windows by unplugging the pendrive

I format the disk partition from windows, I format the pen drive and used rufus again on it with iso image or arch.

i tried to do it again and got some error now

serial port com0 not found
