Trace700 library has disappeared need help recovering it

At my work we use this program called Trace700. This program is used to calculate the Air conditioning load on the building so we can determine what is needed to keep the building cool/warm. 
 

when installing an update/fix that was sent to us by the provider, Trane, we seem to have missed a box that said “import existing library information to new update”.  
 

All our existing library information is gone. Custom windows, walls, overhangs, door, etc. 

 

we have tried Windows Restore on the computer back to before we updated the program. Windows restore only works on applications and does not touch documents and data. We believe the library information was being stored as documents and data on the hard drive. 
 

Where should I start to go about recovering this data? We’ve got years of data gone for old or current projects.
