Where do informatics shop source their components?

Distrubotors here are actually more expensive than let's say amazon, or random local small shop, so they are buying from another source

 

Asking directly AMD or the kind, it's actually a pain, because they either won't answer unless you already have a public 

 

It's not even down to volume, in my experience they are more expensive since they can afford to be, due to regulations that force some business to have deals with them
