SSD stuck. Any advice on what to do?

I've been trying to replace an SSD that was in my computer, but after I unscrewed it, the SSD still won't budge. I don't know what exactly I did wrong. It's supposed to come up and be easily removed, but it is just stuck inside.

Any advice on what to do?

You've installed your SSD wrongly. That 'nut' is merely the stand off.

Use a piler and carefully unscrew the stand off.

You pushed the ssd over the nut. its supposed to be held on the nut between the screw. Either undo the nut or carefully pry the drive up.

There is a chance its broken now
