Yeah, why not get a better computer?  Grab a very solid cir cooler for $40 and put the rest into performance.  

 

Can upgrade that GPU from a 6700XT to a 6800XT or 7800XT.

Not only is it a complete overhaul with a far superior cpu + gpu, the aesthetics arent complete rubbish either

 

Upgraded cpu

Much faster 2tb nvme

Superior psu with a 10 year warranty and a fan that isnt noisy

 

Obviously there has been some cost cut on the aesthetic parts but aesthetics are still retained, still got rgb fans on the case, rgb rams, even an rgb aio as requested whilst still keeping costs down

 

Also the 4070ti is a placeholder for the 4070ti super

 

 

If this is abit too much over budget you can cut the gpu down to a 4070s

 

If you need the mass storage of a hdd you can alter the storage config

Seagate enterprise 4tb 7200rpm

Pny cs2230 1tb (dram gen3 > dramless gen4), though the 2tb jpr700 at 88$ is a much better value than this 1tb cs2230

You can get Windows for much cheaper, don't buy it for 120 bucks. You can get it for like 12.
