Having Problems With New Motherboard USB Ports

Salonen

HAD: Asus Prime B560-Plus

NOW: Asus Prime Z690-P D4

I have sim racing setup separately from my main setup. I use long extenders, like HDMI 15m etc. My USB extender (5m) worked with the old motherboard but not with the new one, i had that extender with my racing wheel (g29) on USB gen 3.1 slot. Now i have Prime z690-P D4 motherboard and when i use that exactly same setup it wont work. I tried same extender on same wheel with my laptop all worked. And yes i have tried all my new USB ports, didn't work. It gives power but no data from wheel i think. Any one got solution? I think maybe its BIOS problem?

So like I have same cable same setup, i use same USB port but doesn't work with new motherboard but worked with old one.

I just need to get solution to this fast thanks.

EDIT: All my ports on new motherboard work properly only not with this extender.

Download chipset drivers from motherboard site, try usb 2.0 ports,  also update bios if there is availabe update, if none of this helps then buy another brand's usb extender.
