Where the hell do you find PR contacts??

I'm finding it pretty much impossible to figure out how to contact a PR representative of any tech company. Is there some sort of universal database you can search in? It seems like everyone nowadays had their own support system, meaning you can't find an actual e-mail address to contact. I'm looking specifically for MSI's and Acer's PR contacts, any idea where I can find them?

Why don't you message or call customer support and as them to direct you to pr?
