Faulty Motherboard & CPU, what to do with them?

Hi Forum,

 

I've got an 8700K that will boot without posting and a z370 MSI GAMING Pro Carbon motherboard with some bent pins. Other than throw them in the recycling center, how do I get rid of these without "wasting" them?

Is there some kind of organization or reseller that is interested in these products? I'm from Occidental Europe.

You cannot boot without posting. Literally impossible.

the computer starts*, it turns on but I get no post
