Popup keeps showing after going through multiple methods of removing it, not sure how to proceed, any help is well appreciated.

I highly recommend you edit your screenshot to remove personally identifiable information.

 

Outlook isn't authenticating with the server properly. Make sure your system time is correct. If that's not it, contact the admin in charge of your mail server.

If you haven't already try typing your password over again, aka you've forgotten a change in password. Stating the obvious.\

Outlook passwords are normally tied into Active directory, how you login to your work computer, access shares, etc.

The answer to PC cooling is aircon. RGB sucks. Have you tried turning it off and on again
