Black Screen in OBS - Predator Triton 300 SE

This laptop is now in the remote hands of my girlfriend - she has it! I made a thread about installing windows and protecting it in shipping, and had very good replies.

Predator Triton 300 SE
3060ti mobile graphics card.
Win10 Tiny 10

Bad thing is that OBS won't record the screen for Twitch broadcasting. I don't have exact specs, I can get those later. Whole screen is black, specific program is black. Everything except for webcam is black on the screen.

I've tried:
Running OBS as admin.
Updating the 3060ti.
OBS is fully up to date.
Windows fully updated.
Setting OBS to run on the GPU instead of Intel. (Wait maybe I need to update the Intel graphics as well!)
Changing power settings.
Went though various fixes based on 'it fixed my problems' but nothing has worked so far.

I'll remote into it the next time she's home and do things any of you suggest.
