Yes. A cell tower has 2G,3G,4G and 5G. All of which runs on different frequencies.

Basically I am wondering if a cell tower can broadcast 5G and LTE at the same time or if there are separate towers for both 5G and LTE.

 

Also does this vary by your mobile provider?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

A tower can have multiple types or generations of broadcast equipment on them.

Think of a big pole with different antennas for LTE and 5G at the same time.

Generally there is a limit to how many can fit on a tower and thus how long older generations remain, and thus carriers will actively retire older networks entirely.
