Need some proffessinal help on what should i improve or if there is any need.

Budget (including currency):

Country: Estonia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

image.png.ea77bf201a65eacd2cf400f31e2d6a10.png

Reason why im asking for help in improvement is that some software still crashes without reason and i got some anomalies in cad programs with coordinates.

Ive done many format C but the problems still emerges.

your 4090 is telling us that it has only 2.5 gigs of vram, but in truth it should have around 24. Have you downloaded your graphics drivers, bios updates and chipset drivers?

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

You may want to  double check your power mode is set to high. had a friend who was running a 4090 in lower power mode by accident it acted very odd. otherwise how legit was the people you bought your rtx4090 from because that is sus output hopefully just outdated drivers like flipo mentioned and not a fake 4090

The GPU is likely put itself in low performance mode because his system isn't under any load when Speccy collected stats, hence the false reading of VRAM

The answer to PC cooling is aircon. RGB sucks. Have you tried turning it off and on again

This sounds like motherboard-memory compatibility issue. Asus mobos... no really great memory compatibility. Try first with 1 stick out.
