Just about anything modern, though the question is hard to answer without a budget. You can't have something too fast, that's not a thing. Too slow, well you're already experiencing that.

Really it just depends on budget. The "bottleneck" concern is moot.

The CPU and GPU will process as fast as they can, as independently as they can.

Any new CPU will be fine. My best recommendation would be the i3-12100f. It’s so much faster than your current one, and you can get a 13th gen CPU when you need to upgrade again without needing a new motherboard.

Plus it has DDR5 support (only 4800Mhz supported on 12th gen, but you can still run kits rated over 4800 at 4800, so itd still work) if you wanted to futureproof it. Newer CPUs only support DDR5, but 13th gen supports DDR4 too.

16GB of decent DDR5 is about £60, 32GB is about £105. 16GB of DDR4 is about £35, 32GB about £65.

The 12100F can go up to about a 3060Ti / 6700XT, so it’d be powerful enough for your next GPU upgrade without bottlenecking it.

UK parts I’d suggest:

US parts I’d suggest:

I’d recommend 32GB of DDR4 if you don’t want to spend much, or you could go with 32GB of DDR5 so that you won’t need new RAM when you upgrade next.

What country are you in? And will 16GB of RAM suit you? If you do video editing or content creation you might want 32.

Forget about the bottleneck brainstorming.
As long as you are getting 60fps in your favorite games single player games (100+ in fps games).
Enjoy it.

Well, the cheapest you could do with the 12100F would be about €240, which I would probably recommend. This motherboard socket supports 13 and 14th gen too if you wanted to upgrade in the future.

If you have a lenient budget, then you could go with this, which would be about 25% faster.

If you have a super strict budget then this is about €220. This board is AM4, so you could upgrade later to AMD 5000 series.
