need advice on buying a UPS unit

Zohan2000

hi looking at getting a UPS for the computer to help protect it during storms and power outages, got no idea on what to look for in terms of brands or battery capacity, just want something that lasts long enough for me to safely turn the computer off

I'm a fan of Eaton myself since they're pretty big in the enterprise market. LMG has a massive ass unit from Eaton as well. This is what I bought recently https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00DK45T68?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

I use it for my router, modem, cellular booster, and security camera homebase. That gets me about 2.3hrs of runtime. No idea how long my PC would last. But certainly long enough to save my game or work and shut down safely.

+1 for the eaton units, I've and older 1000va unit with a 135ah agm hacked into it, built like a brick shit house

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige
