Upgrading to Lian Li 011 Vision but front io issue

kennethk

I'm doing an upgrade soon but small issues for front io, my board which is a MSI B450M PRO-M2 Max has no type c header, I've been looking around for Y splitters and adapter ls but came across this adapter and I'd just like to know if it's good enough to utilize JUSB1 to type c. Or if someone has other ideas. I'm not looking to spend $30 just to use type c.

I'm planning on upgrading the mobo soon anyway so that's why I'm not wanting to invest in adapters l just need something cheap that'll get it done.

That's a $150 upgrade VS a $20 adapter I'm looking for.

In about one or two months I'm not in a major rush that's why I'm looking at cheap adapters or I wouldn't even bother with them.

oh ok , if cost is a concern then i'd recommend waiting until the motherboard is upgraded as it will not require buying an adapter

That's not the point though, I'd like all my io to be functioning and if a cheap adapters out there that can do it why not. It may come in handy in the future also.
